Arhimed

staging

A B2B/B2C platform and electronic catalog of industrial equipment: AI search, analog matching, and recommendations — from specs and kits to order, invoice, and 1C sync.

Read in Russian →

Arhimed is a digital cabinet and storefront for a company that supplies industrial equipment: pneumatics, automation, shut-off valves, and production automation solutions. A buyer (individual or legal entity) searches by name, SKU, or specs, builds a cart, places an order, and receives documents. A manager maintains the catalog, kits, and inquiries. 1C remains the source of truth for items, prices, stock, and statuses.

The platform is built for cases where a “product card in an online store” is not enough: equipment has dozens of parameters, kits made of several items, different price columns for wholesale and dealers, warehouse reservations, and invoices for legal entities. Arhimed does not replace 1C — it turns accounting data into a storefront, an order, and a cabinet that can be given to the customer and the manager.

The name refers to Archimedes: lever, mechanics, engineering calculation. The product helps you not just browse a price list, but select, assemble, and order what is actually needed on the shop floor. AI search understands a query by meaning and specs, suggests analogs when an item is missing or a replacement is needed, and recommends related products.

Tagline: Complex equipment — a clear order.

Features

  • Browse a hierarchical category catalog and product cards
  • Search with AI: by name, SKU, attributes, and query meaning (lexical and hybrid search)
  • Filter results by facets: attributes, manufacturer, price, availability
  • See a personal price: retail for guests and B2C, the company price column for B2B
  • Check availability: in stock, on order (lead time), out of stock
  • Open media and documentation: photos, drawings, datasheets, manuals, certificates
  • Match analogs with AI when an item is missing or a replacement is needed
  • Get recommendations for related and fitting products
  • Buy ready-made kits (assemblies) with composition, price, and component stock
  • Add items to the cart as a guest or as an authenticated customer (carts merge after login)
  • Place an order in the cabinet: favorites, invoice for a legal entity, status history, sign-in with an email code, SEO and slugs for the storefront
  • Request a consultation on a product or kit and chat with a manager in a ticket
  • Manage PIM: categories, products, attribute schema with tree inheritance, media, kits
  • Ingest from 1C: items, categories, photos, documents, prices, and stock (REST and RabbitMQ)
  • Send new counterparties and orders to 1C (kits split into components)
  • Receive order statuses from 1C
  • Monitor the integration: sync status, logs, retry, DLQ, and alerts
